Dr. Marshall Fagin, Prosthodontist and team, Williamsville, NY, received the coveted “Eagle Award” in Scottsdale, Arizona from Mercer Advisors, a national practice management company for dentistry. This is the highest award given by Mercer.
During the presentation of this award to Dr. Fagin and his team, they were told that their coach sees them as a team fully aligned towards their vision. Dr. Fagin was described as a great leader who consistently illustrated his ability to inspire his team to new levels of accomplishment.
Dr. Fagin has established a reputation in Western New York for his excellence in rehabilitative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry. They were also told that to earn this award, Dr. Fagin’s team efforts helped their practice to grow significantly through difficult economic times. Much of this growth comes from patient and doctor referrals.
